Welcome to MAC Academy. By creating an account and using this platform, you agree to these terms.

By accessing or using MAC Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Purchasing a course grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access its content for the stated access period. You may not share, resell, record, or redistribute course material, including video, transcripts, and downloadable resources.

Prices are shown at checkout and processed by our payment partner. Applicable taxes are added where required. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

You agree not to misuse the platform: no scraping, reverse engineering, circumventing access controls, uploading unlawful content, or harassing other users. Instructors must own or have rights to the content they publish.

Certificates are issued on genuine completion and, where applicable, subject to instructor or admin review. We reserve the right to revoke any certificate obtained through fraud.

All platform software and MAC-owned content are protected. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute them without permission. Student submissions and course content remain the respective copyright of their creators.

By uploading content (assignments, comments, etc.), you grant us a license to host and display it within the platform. You remain responsible for ensuring your content is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights.

The platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
