All platform software, design, text, and original course content are © 2026 MAC Academy, Inc. All rights reserved. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

Some course materials may be created by instructors or third parties who retain copyright ownership. Such materials are licensed to MAC Academy for platform delivery only. Copyright notices indicating third-party ownership must be respected. For questions about permission to use third-party content, contact us.

Course materials created by instructors remain their property. Videos, assignments, and resources submitted by students remain the students' property but are licensed to MAC Academy for platform use.

• You may not, without written permission from MAC Academy:
• Copy, download for redistribution, or share course content
• Use course materials in any commercial context
• Screen-record, transcribe, or extract text, audio, or video from course materials
• Republish, upload, or repost course materials on external websites, social media, or file-sharing platforms
• Sell, rent, lease, or commercialise course access or materials in any form
• Use course content to train artificial intelligence (AI), large language models (LLMs), or machine learning systems
• Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works based on course materials
• Remove, alter, or obscure copyright notices, watermarks, or attributions
• Use MAC branding, logos, or name in ways that imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation without permission

Instructors retain copyright of their original content. By uploading to the platform, instructors grant MAC Academy a non-exclusive license to host, deliver, and market the content.

• If you believe that content on the MAC Academy platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice of infringement. To file a report:
• Email us at contact.hackathonmj@gmail.com with the subject line "Copyright Infringement Notice"
• Include the following information in your notice:
• - Your full name, contact email, and phone number
• - A detailed description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
• - The specific URL or location of the infringing content on the platform
• - An explanation of why you believe the use is not authorised or falls outside fair use
• - A statement that you are the copyright owner or an authorised representative

We will investigate your report and respond within 14 business days.
