Account Deletion Policy

1. Initiating Deletion

You can request account deletion via your account settings. Your data will be immediately deactivated and marked for deletion.

2. Deletion Timeline

  • Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. This includes:
  • Profile information (name, email, avatar, bio)
  • Enrollment and progress records
  • Assignments and submissions
  • Personal preferences and settings

3. Retained Data

  • For legal and financial compliance, the following is retained for 7 years:
  • Transaction history (anonymized)
  • Audit logs (anonymized)
  • Certificate records (if issued)

4. Reactivation

After initiating deletion, you cannot log in to your account. Deletion is irreversible after 30 days.
